Short version: your audio stays on your computer. Nothing is collected about you — not by the app, not by this website.一句话：音频留在你的电脑里。程序不收集你，本站也不收集你。

Audio, video, transcription, speaker diarization, OCR and export all happen on your computer. Audio and video files are never uploaded.音频、视频、转写、说话人分离、OCR、导出全部在你的电脑上完成，音视频文件从不上传。
Only when you click Restore or Translate is the transcript text (no audio, no file name) sent to a cloud model.只有在你主动点击「校正」或「翻译」时，才会把转写后的文字（不含音频、不含文件名）发往云端模型；

No account, no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporting. We do not collect your email, location or contacts, and we never sell your information.没有账号、没有遥测、没有埋点、没有崩溃上报，不收集你的邮箱、位置、通讯录，也不向任何人出售你的信息。
All network access falls into four categories: models & updates, cloud restore/translate, online video download, and your own proxy setting.唯一的网络访问只有四类：模型与更新、云端校正与翻译、在线视频下载、以及你自己的代理设置。
1. Scope and effective date1. 适用范围与生效日期
1.1 This policy covers the AV2Text desktop application (the “Software”) and its website a2t.bimon.net (the “Site”).1.1 本政策适用于 AV2Text 桌面应用（下称「本软件」）、以及其官方网站 a2t.bimon.net（下称「本站」）。

2. Terms used here2. 名词说明
- Personal information: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.个人信息：以电子或其他方式记录的、能够单独或与其他信息结合识别特定自然人的各种信息。
- Device identifier: a random string generated on first run (looks like
a2t-xxxxxxxx…), stored in a local config file, used by the relay to meter free quota per device and prevent abuse.设备标识：本软件首次运行时在本机生成的随机字符串（形如a2t-xxxxxxxx…），保存在本机配置文件中，用于云端按设备计免费额度与防滥用。 - Local: on your own computer and disks; the data does not leave the device.本机 / 本地：指你自己的电脑与磁盘，数据不离开设备。

3. Who we are, how to reach us3. 我们是谁、如何联系
3.1 The Software is built and maintained by an individual developer (“we”). There is no company entity and no account system.3.1 本软件由个人开发者独立开发与维护（下称「我们」），不设公司实体、不设账号体系。

None of the above is uploaded. Logs record runtime state and errors and do not contain audio or transcript content.上述数据均不上传。日志记录运行状态与错误信息，不记录音视频内容。
5. What leaves your device (item by item)5. 会离开设备的数据（逐项说清）
5.1 Models and update check5.1 模型获取与检查更新
Speech models ship with the installer, so a normal install needs no download. Only if a model is missing (or a new one is added later) does the app download it from object storage (Aliyun OSS, with Cloudflare R2 as fallback); that request contains only a file path, never information about your files.本软件的语音模型已随安装包提供，正常安装后无需下载。仅当模型缺失或将来新增模型时，才从对象存储（阿里云 OSS，备用 Cloudflare R2）下载；该请求只包含文件路径，不包含你的文件信息。
“Check for updates” reads one version file (latest.json). It carries no identifier and never downloads or installs anything automatically.「检查更新」只读取一个版本号文件（latest.json）；它不携带任何标识信息，也不会自动下载或安装任何内容。
5.2 Cloud restore and translate5.2 云端校正（还原）与翻译
- Trigger: only when you click Restore or Translate.触发条件：只有你主动点击「校正」或「翻译」时才会发生。
- Sent: the transcript text to be processed. No audio, no video, no file name, no file path.发送内容：待处理的转写文本。不发送音频、不发送视频、不发送文件名与文件路径。
- Recipient: by default the author's relay (
a2t.bimon.net) forwards to the upstream model (MiniMax,api.minimax.cn, servers in mainland China). You may instead enter your own API key and connect directly to the provider you choose.接收方：默认经作者中继（a2t.bimon.net）转发至上游模型服务（MiniMax，api.minimax.cn，服务器位于中国境内）；你也可以在设置中改用自己的 API Key，由你的电脑直连你选择的服务商。 - Sent along: that text plus a locally generated random device identifier (see section 6). 5.3 Online video download (optional)5.3 在线视频下载（可选功能）
When you paste a video link, the app fetches from that site via yt-dlp, comparable to a browser request.当你粘贴在线视频链接时，本软件通过 yt-dlp 访问该站点，与其他浏览器请求同类。
To download videos that require a login (e.g. Bilibili member videos), the app reads your browser's login state (cookies) by default.为了下载需要登录才能观看的视频（例如 B 站会员视频），本软件默认会读取你本机浏览器的登录状态（cookie）。
You can turn this off at any time under Settings → About & Privacy → Browser login state; some videos then cannot be downloaded.你可以在「设置 → 关于与隐私 → 浏览器登录状态」中随时关闭；关闭后部分视频将无法下载。
Those cookies are never stored or uploaded by us; they are handed to yt-dlp locally, for the duration of the download. You are responsible for complying with the source site's terms and copyright law.我们不保存、不上传这些 cookie；它们只在下载过程中被本机交给 yt-dlp 使用。下载在线内容时，请自行确认符合来源站点的服务条款与著作权法。
5.4 Server-side records at the relay (built-in quota only)5.4 中继服务端的记录（使用内置额度时）
When you use the built-in free quota (rather than your own API key), the relay keeps:当你使用内置免费额度（而非自有 API Key）时，中继会在服务端记录：
- request counts and usage: keyed by device identifier and by day, used for that day's quota gate; from the next day they no longer take part in quota decisions. Historical counter objects are not deleted automatically, and you may ask us to delete them at any time (section 10);请求计数与用量：按设备标识、按天分键保存（用于当日额度闸门），次日起不再参与额度判定；历史计数对象不做自动清理，你可以随时要求删除（见第 10 节）；
- result cache: identical requests are cached so the same text is not paid for twice. The cached content is model output text and contains no identity information; it is not deleted automatically, and you may ask us to delete it at any time (section 10);结果缓存：对同样的请求，中继会缓存模型输出以避免重复消耗额度。缓存内容为模型输出文本、不含任何身份信息，不做自动清理，你可以随时要求删除（见第 10 节）；
- upstream remaining quota: read from the provider's public endpoint to stop serving before the shared quota runs out.上游剩余额度：读取上游服务商公开的额度接口结果，用于在额度不足时提前停止放行。
These records contain no name, email or account — nothing beyond what is listed here.上述记录不包含你的姓名、邮箱、账号或文件内容之外的任何信息。

We do not: profile you, make automated decisions, personalise recommendations, run targeted ads, or train models on your personal information.我们不做：用户画像、自动化决策、个性化推荐、定向广告、把个人信息用于训练模型。

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers. Beyond the processors needed for the features above, we disclose nothing; where legally compelled, we will tell you to the extent the law allows.我们不出售个人信息，不向广告商共享个人信息。除为提供上述功能所必需的第三方外，我们不会向其他方披露你的信息；因法律强制要求提供时，我们会在法律允许范围内告知你。
9. International transfers9. 跨境传输
9.1 In mainland China, requests via the built-in relay traverse Cloudflare's edge network and are processed by upstream servers located in mainland China.9.1 若你在中国大陆使用内置中继：请求会经过 Cloudflare 的边缘网络转发，最终由位于中国境内的上游模型服务器处理。
9.2 Elsewhere, requests may similarly traverse Cloudflare edge nodes outside China before reaching those upstream servers in China.9.2 若你在境外使用内置中继：请求同样可能经 Cloudflare 境外节点转发后，传至位于中国境内的上游服务器。
9.3 If you want no cross-border transfer at all: do not click Restore / Translate (everything else works fully offline), or enter your own API key so your computer connects directly to the provider you choose.9.3 如你不希望发生任何跨境传输：不要点击「校正 / 翻译」（完全离线使用本软件的其他全部功能），或在设置中改用自己的 API Key，使请求由你的电脑直连你选择的服务商。
10. Your rights and how to exercise them10. 你的权利与行使方式
10.1 Because there is no account, almost all data sits on your own device and you can act directly:10.1 由于本软件不设账号，绝大部分数据都在你自己的设备上，你可以直接自助处理：
- Access / copy: open the files, or use the app's export;查阅 / 复制：直接打开对应文件或使用软件内「导出」；
- Rectify: edit the files, or use the Restore pane;更正：直接编辑文件，或使用软件内「校正」页；
- Erase: delete files, clear temp files (Settings → About & Privacy → Temporary files); uninstalling removes all local data;删除：删除文件、清理临时文件（设置 → 关于与隐私 → 临时文件）；卸载即删除全部本地数据；
- Withdraw consent: stop using cloud features, switch off browser-login reading, or use your own API key;撤回同意：停止使用云端功能、关闭浏览器登录状态读取、或在设置中改用自有 API Key；
- Close your account: there is no account to close.注销：本软件无账号，无需注销。
10.2 For the two kinds of relay-side data (per-device daily counters and the model output cache), email hi@bimon.net to request access or deletion; include your device identifier (the app no longer displays it — it is in the diagnostics bundle or the config file). We reply within 15 business days.10.2 对中继服务端保存的两类数据（按设备标识的每日计数、模型输出缓存），你可发邮件至 hi@bimon.net 要求查阅或删除；请在邮件中说明你的设备标识（软件内不再展示该标识，你可在诊断包或配置文件中查看）。我们将在 15 个工作日内答复。
10.3 If you disagree with our handling, you may complain to a competent supervisory authority (in the EU, your local DPA; in China, the cyberspace administration).10.3 若你对我们的处理有异议，可向有管辖权的监管机构投诉（中国大陆用户可向网信部门投诉）。
11. Children11. 未成年人
The Software is not directed to children under 14 (mainland China), 13 (United States) or 16 (some EU states).本软件不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童（中国大陆）；其他法域下分别对应 13 周岁（美国）或 16 周岁（部分欧盟国家）。
If you are a minor, use it only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we processed a child's personal information without such consent, we will delete it promptly.若你为未成年人，请在父母或其他监护人同意并指导下使用本软件；若我们发现在未取得监护人同意的情况下处理了儿童个人信息，将尽快删除。
12. Security12. 数据安全
- All cloud communication uses TLS (HTTPS);与云端的所有通信使用 TLS（HTTPS）；
- With the built-in quota, the upstream key is held by the relay; the client embeds no keys;内置额度模式下，上游服务商的密钥由中继代持，客户端不内置任何密钥；
- “Export diagnostics” is redacted by default: URLs, keys and lines whose field name looks sensitive (key / token / secret / device / relay / password) are masked before the file is written, and the bundle is produced only when you click it;「导出诊断包」默认脱敏：链接、密钥、形如敏感字段（key / token / secret / device / relay / password）的行在写文件前即被打码；诊断包只在你主动点击时生成；
- Local logs never contain audio or transcript content;本机日志不记录音视频内容；
- No system is perfectly secure; if a personal-information incident occurs, we will notify you as required by law.请理解：没有任何系统是绝对安全的。若发生个人信息安全事件，我们将按法律要求以合理方式告知你。
13. The Site and cookies13. 本站与 Cookie
The Site (a2t.bimon.net) loads no third-party scripts, no CDN fonts, no analytics, and sets no cookies; it stores one thing in your browser: the language you picked.本站（a2t.bimon.net）不加载第三方脚本、不加载外部字体、不做统计、不设 Cookie；它只在你浏览器里保存一样东西：你选择的语言。
Download links redirect to object storage (Aliyun OSS / Cloudflare R2); the redirect itself does not identify you.下载页面会跳转到对象存储（阿里云 OSS / Cloudflare R2），跳转本身不记录你的身份。
14. Changes to this policy14. 政策变更
14.1 We may update this policy; a new version number and effective date will be published in the app and on the Site.14.1 我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后会在应用内与本站同时发布新版本号与生效日期。
14.2 For material changes (new collection, new purposes, new disclosure) we will give prominent notice (in-app dialog or Site banner).14.2 对于重大变更（例如新增数据收集、变更处理目的、新增对外提供），我们会以显著方式提示（应用内弹窗或首页通知）。
14.3 Continuing to use the Software after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, please stop using and uninstall.14.3 变更生效后你继续使用本软件，即表示接受更新后的政策；如不接受，请停止使用并卸载。

16.1 This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules); where mandatory consumer protection in your own country gives you stronger rights, those prevail.16.1 本政策适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法）；若你所在地的强制性消费者保护规定对 you 更有利，从其规定。
